At Sukajo, customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help. Please review our refund and returns policy below.

Returns

Our return policy lasts 30 days from the date of delivery. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, unworn, and unwashed

  • The item must be in the same condition you received it

  • All original packaging, tags, and accessories must be included

  • A receipt or proof of purchase is required

Partial Refunds (If Applicable)

In certain situations, only partial refunds may be granted, including:

  • Items returned in used or altered condition

  • Items damaged due to reasons not caused by our error

  • Items missing original packaging or tags

  • Items returned after 30 days of delivery

Refunds (If Applicable)

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you via email confirming receipt of the return.

After inspection, you will be informed whether your refund has been approved or rejected.

If approved, your refund will be processed automatically to your original method of payment. Please allow several business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Late or Missing Refunds

  2. Contact your credit card company posting times may vary

  3. Contact your bank, as processing delays can occur

Exchanges

If you need to exchange an item for a different size of the same product, please contact us at:

Exchanges are subject to product availability. Items must meet the same return eligibility conditions.

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift at the time of purchase and shipped directly to you, you will receive a store credit equal to the value of your return once the item is received.

If the item was not marked as a gift, or the order was shipped to the gift giver first, the refund will be issued to the original purchaser.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Shipping charges are non-refundable.

Depending on your location, delivery time for exchanged items may vary.

For items valued over $75, we strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service or shipping insurance. Sukajo is not responsible for items lost or damaged during return shipping.
