Where a product has a size chart, the Size Guide link beside the sizes opens it. Jackets, hoodies and T-shirts are Asian sizes, which run 1 to 2 sizes smaller than EU / US sizes: if you usually wear EU / US sizes, order one or two sizes up.

Unworn, unwashed items can be exchanged for another size of the same product within 30 days of delivery, subject to availability.

Production and Delivery

Our products are made to order. Estimated total delivery time is 10-15 working days from order confirmation, including production and shipping. This is an estimate, not a guaranteed delivery date. Destination, customs processing, weather, and courier delays may affect delivery.

Production takes place before dispatch. Your shipping confirmation means your order has been dispatched, not that production has just begun.

Shipping Charges and Addresses

Available shipping options and charges are displayed at checkout and depend on your destination, order weight, and available delivery service. Please provide a complete physical address. We do not ship to P.O. boxes.

Tracking

After dispatch, we will email your tracking number and tracking link. We work with international delivery partners such as DHL and FedEx. Contact support@sukajo.com if you need help with your shipment.

International Duties and Taxes

For eligible international orders processed through Managed Markets with prepaid duties, applicable import duties and taxes are calculated and collected at checkout. These shipments are sent with duties prepaid, so you should not be asked to pay those duties again on delivery.

Prepaid duties are not available for every destination or shipment. For orders shipped without prepaid duties, local authorities or the courier may collect applicable import duties, taxes, and customs charges on delivery. Review the duty, tax, and shipping information shown at checkout before placing your order.

If you are asked to pay import charges on an order whose duties were prepaid, contact support@sukajo.com with your order number and the courier's notice so we can investigate.

Order Changes and Cancellations

If you need to change or cancel your order, contact support@sukajo.com as soon as possible, preferably within 2–3 days of placing it. We will review your request based on the order's production and fulfillment status. Changes or cancellations cannot be made once an order has shipped. This does not remove any return or refund rights under our Refund Policy or applicable law.

Returns and Exchanges

Our Refund Policy governs returns, refunds, and exchanges. Eligible items may be returned within 30 days of delivery and must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with packaging and tags. Size exchanges for the same product are subject to availability.

Email support@sukajo.com before returning an item to obtain instructions and the return address. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs as described in our Refund Policy, subject to applicable law. Use a tracked service and retain proof of shipment.

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us promptly with your order number and photos so we can help.
